BCCLA Report: Small Town Justice

Written on Wednesday, September 28th, 2011

As reported by Clicklaw, the BC Civil Liberties Association (BCCLA) has just released a report on the RCMP in northern and rural BC entitled "Small Town Justice". The report's principal researcher and author is David Eby.

The report is the product of 16 workshops held in rural and northern British Columbia by the BCCLA. The workshops were held in 14 cities and rural communities, and were attended by more than 300 people, who were invited to share positive and negative comments about RCMP incidents, individuals, or policies.
