How can I contact the agent working on my file?

In order to contact the agent working on your file, please contact us at 604-257-1800 or 1-800-661-1811 and provide us with your confirmation number.

I would like to request multiple searches/copies. Do I need to submit multiple requests or can I submit under the same request?

All requests are based on one unit. To request more than one unit, please select the product again and enter your second request.

Can I add to an existing request?

Once a product is purchased, the total amount owing is automatically charged to the credit card provided. If you have requested a quote, you may certainly add to the existing order by speaking to the Dye & Durham representative.

How fast can I get my results?

Our Real Property Support Services department’s hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Depending on the simplicity of the request, results are usually provided within 24 hours. During business hours, straightforward requests such as a title search can be provided in less than an hour.

How will I get my results?

All results will be emailed back from the Dye & Durham representative which you are in contact with.

Can I view my results through my iPad?

Yes, all results are returned in PDF format.
