It describes how Law Students' Legal Advice Program (LSAP) volunteer and upper-year student Dave Ferguson uncovered a "wide-ranging systemic defect" related to the status of electronic signatures in oaths used as evidence. He argued the case at provincial court and won.

LSBC Will Hold Binding Referendum on TWU Law School Accreditation

The CBABC has issued a call for volunteer mentors for law students at TRU, UBC and UVic. Through the Mentorship program, lawyers share their experience and insight into the practice of law, offering students the chance to gain an inside perspective on the legal profession. The CBABC also encourages lawyers who are interested in remote mentoring to apply.
