Dear Valued Client, Please note the following information from the BC Land Title & Survey Authority: Ministry of Finance Announces Updated Property Transfer Tax Form (Version 26) in Effect June 10, 2016 The updated form is now available through the Dye & Durham forms. IMPORTANT: ONLY VERSION 26 OF THE PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED EFFECTIVE JUNE 10, 2016. The requirement to collect citizenship and other information comes into force on June 10, 2016 and the Ministry has updated the form to accommodate the collection.
